From 2026 onward, the NRA (Número de Registro de Alquiler) will determine whether a property on Fuerteventura can appear on platforms such as Airbnb or Booking.
Without a valid NRA, a listing will not be published or will be automatically removed.
With the new legislation (Ley 6/2025), the NRA is no longer a formality — it becomes the operational approval required to legally market a property for tourist rentals.
