VV suitability for existing properties
Properties older than 10 years can, in principle, be eligible for VV.
However, it is essential to verify with the local municipality:
– whether the property is located within a designated VV zone
– whether the building meets current technical and legal requirements
– whether the property complies with the new criteria for obtaining a VV licence
This verification is crucial, as municipalities may apply their own zoning rules, capacity limits, and technical minimum standards under the new law.
